My business will facilitate OregonSaves, now what?

Thank you for helping your employees save, you are helping to make Oregon a better place to work, live, and retire. OregonSaves is rolling out across the state in phases based on the number of employees a business has, starting with the largest employers first. OregonSaves will notify you when it is time for your company to register, and we’ll walk you through the process. Employee participation in OregonSaves is completely voluntary.

First you’ll receive a notification from OregonSaves that will allow you to confirm your participation during an early response period. Then, you’ll receive a separate notification when it's time for your company to register, even if you didn't have the opportunity to take action during the early response period. Be sure to have the following information on hand before you begin:

  • Federal Employer Identification or Tax Identification Number (EIN/TIN)
  • OregonSaves access code
    You can find this in your notification

Now you're ready to register your business! OregonSaves will guide you as you confirm your company's information and establish your username, password, and account security preferences.

Please note: If you have already certified your exemption but your business has changed plans and you now intend to facilitate OregonSaves, please contact Client Services.
