Employee Information Template
This Excel template allows you to upload employee information to a payroll list in the Employer Portal. Once the template is complete and saved to your computer, log in to your account, select My employees, and choose the I will upload information on the next page option.

Employee Contribution Information Template
This Excel template allows you to upload employee contribution information in the Employer Portal. Once the template is complete and saved to your computer, log in to your account, select Payroll list, enter a Pay date, and choose Begin entering contributions. Then, you’ll be given the opportunity to upload the contribution information file.
